Snoop AMD Fusion – Brazon

In my older post show to you that AMD has new architecture of their processor named AMD Fusion (launched in 2011). One of platform Fusion that we can see on the internet is Brazon. This chip be thought out for entry-level desktop and laptop too.
This time, it has name Zacate for dual-core APU (Accelerated Processing Unit), and Ontario for single-core APU and also Hudson M1 ‘controller hub’. Zacate APU manufactured by TSMC based on 40nm. Zacate will consume TDP 18W and Ontario about 9W.
Zacate will have some new type it is E-350 (1.6 GHz) and also C-50 (1.0 GHz), while Ontario family will have type W-240 (1.5 GHz) and also C-30 (1.2 Ghz). E-series APU will integrated with 80 DirectX 11 ‘nanocores’ (or HD 6310 Graphic) with 500 MHz clock speed, while C-series will have 80 GPU cores at 280 MHz (HD 6250 Graphic). For performance AMD confidently they can beat their rival Intel. So, get ready to receive AMD-based low cost system in few years next.
